ADP - Advanced Player Development / Academy

We hope to provide our players with the tools to become healthy and successful people. Specific age group training is provided to all Eastside players as part of registration fees. For players to improve, it is very important that players attend and participate regularly. Participation in the Advanced Player Development (ADP) program is expected for ALL individuals selected to a Tier 1/2/3 team (U12-U18), and to the highest seeded U10 team.

As the final cost is based upon the number player on a team, the estimated cost for this will be about $85.00 - $100.00 per player. This fee will be due and collected at registration and will be charged on May 15, 2010. The Club provides a matching grant towards ADP Fees to a maximum of $ 1000.00 per team (U12+).

This program has been designed for the Club to match up to $ 1000, per season, per team (approx $ 85-100 per player) for teams that want additional development training. Teams are not locked into using one specific trainer or specific company to provide their development training. We also have providers for strength and SAQ along with a company that develops mental toughness, mental strength and team building for players and coaches. The combined $ 2000.00 in funding should provide 20 – 25 development sessions during the season

ADP /Academy training is optional for all other teams within the Club.

Eastside Soccer also offers:
Elite level Coaches and player mentor programs
Monthly Coach Development sessions. Development through Workshops and Technical Sessions hosted by different presenter’s for each session, to expose our coaches to a variety of different opinions and coaching methods.

Eastside Registration Policies:

Volunteer Commitment: In order to help keep fees as low as possible, each family is required to volunteer with the Club. All families will be required to provide a post-dated cheque payable to Eastside Soccer Club for $100.00 when registering your child. A complete list of positions / activities will be available at registration. Those who volunteer will have their cheques destroyed. Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Managers will be asked to write the cheque to eliminate any confusion at registration. Those wishing not to volunteer will have their cheques cashed. If you are planning to work a Bingo, the volunteer cheque should be dated for the event your sign up for. All Bingos are NON-Smoking. The volunteer commitment must be completed by July 15, 2010.

Uniform Deposit: All players U14 and older are required to provide a uniform deposit cheque of $50.00 at registration. The cheque will be destroyed, when the player’s jersey is returned in good condition at the end of season. Please date the cheque for July 15, 2010.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued, less a $ 100.00 administration fee, until March 19, 2010. After that date, a request for refunds will only be considered, by the Board, when received in writing, provided that the player has experienced a season ending injury and is accompanied by a Doctor’s note. In this case players will still be considered registered with IESC for the Balance of the season, and be ineligible to participate with another organization.

.

NSF Cheques: There will be a charge of $50.00 for any NSF cheques. Only cash payments will be accepted following
